Fajar Anugrah


Fajar Anugerah has more than fifteen years of experience in management positions for private companies and non-profit organisations focusing on social business development.

Currently acts as part-time Business Development Advisor for Talentlytica, a HR tech startup providing virtual assessment solutions. Previous formal position is at New Zealand G2G Know How (https://www.g2g.govt.nz/) as the Regional Partnership Manager (Aug ’18 – March ’20) for Connect New Zealand’s State Sector Solutions to government agencies in South & Southeast Asian countries. Area of priorities includes GovTech/eGovt, Education Reforms, Sustainable Tourism and Sustainable Agriculture.

In 2014-2018 Fajar worked at Kinara Indonesia, Jakarta, Indonesia as Managing Partner in Business & Partnership Development and as Chief Learning Designer of Incubation & Acceleration for impact businesses.

In 2008-2012 Fajar joined British Council, Jakarta, Indonesia as Program Manager and managed a portfolio of 6 different social development projects (governance, education, social entrepreneurship, sports & cultural) with a total fund managed (grant + contract) over than 3m GBP for 4 years. Fajar gained his Master Degree in Human Rights: Theory & Practice, from University of Essex, Colchester, UK in 2006 and a bachelor degree in Psychology, from Padjadjaran University, Bandung, Indonesia in 1997.
