With these skills, people have the drive and resources to solve social problems and become change makers. EMPATIKU has a mission to mainstream empathy as a values and life practice involving community members, policy makers, women, children, education and other key stakeholders.

2015
Empatiku established
2016
Launching empathy and emotional intelligence education into elementary school education in Jember District.
My empathy was chosen to lead the Civil Society against Violent Extremism (C-SAVE) association
2017
Empathy and emotional intelligence education was replicated in private schools in South Tangerang and Bandung.
Policy advocacy for prevention, victim protection, civil society participation, and guarantees for the fulfillment of human rights in handling terrorism in Law no. 5 of 2018 with the civil society coalition.
2018
Rehabilitation and Reintegration System for residents who have been exposed to violent extremism with CSOs and related Ministries/Institutions.
The Founder and Director of Empatiku was awarded the UN-PEACE Award by UNDP for his leadership in the rehabilitation and reintegration efforts of women and children.
2019
Early Detection and Treatment System in 8 villages in East and West Java together with a network of civil society organizations.
2020
Replication of the System for Early Detection and Handling of Violent Extremism in the City of South Tangerang and advocacy for the City of South Tangerang’s policy on Prevention of Terrorism.
2021
Banten Province policy advocacy on gender-responsive Terrorism Prevention in Banten Province.
2022
Strengthening community resilience in social reintegration through restorative practices for former terrorism convicts, deportees and returnees in Depok city.
Aku Tangguh movement against violent extremism by increasing digital literacy skills in cyberspace for women and young people.
